- Meters purchased in bulk and installed by either city employee or contractor
- Funded through annual reserve deposits
WHY IT’S NEEDED
A residential water meter provides information associated with water usage and helps track water loss across the system. Water meters have a lifespan of about 10 years, and this project sets up an annual reserve to fund new meters.
