WHY IT’S NEEDED
The existing roadway surface is gravel, has no sidewalks, and has unrestricted access to the roadway from parking areas. Roadway improvements are required to prevent the premature failure of the roadway, minimize safety issues, and ensure the roadway is functional for the community and businesses in the area.
