- Includes grading, storm drainage, asphalt, centerline stripes, and crosswalk.
* May be funded by local improvement district
WHY IT’S NEEDED
The gravel roadway has no sidewalks and unrestricted access from parking and open areas. Improvements will minimize maintenance, allow for increased traffic, increase pedestrian safety, and ensure functional roadway for community and business development.
