- Paves about 800 feet of N.W. 3rd Street from W. Marie to the end of the roadway.
- Includes grading, storm drainage, asphalt, centerline stripes, and crosswalk.
* Reduced cost due to available contractor already working on nearby project.
WHY IT’S NEEDED
The gravel roadway has no sidewalks and unrestricted access from parking and open areas. Improvements will minimize maintenance, allow for increased traffic, increase pedestrian safety, and ensure functional roadway for community and business development.

ODOT approves adding NW 3rd Paving to grant-funded reconstruction of N. 1st Place to act as detour during that project.
July 2022
City Council approves contract for $142,241.
September 2022
Construction work is completed.
