This line has large sags, abrupt changes in pipe slope, and sidewall deterioration. It is likely near capacity during high flow periods, and a new sewer line would prevent any exfiltration from contaminating groundwater resources while increasing pipe capacity. Eliminating pipe deficiencies would save maintenance costs by removing the line from the monthly cleaning schedule.
